About Bryce Neier

Bryce Neier, an aggressive litigation attorney based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, brings to the table almost 20 years of experience, both in domestic and international law. Focusing in family law, Bryce Neier assists clients with divorce, child custody support, property division, adoptions, annulments, international family law, and a plethora of other legal procedures. Additionally, Neier provides civil litigation services, including legal assistance for people whose civil rights have been violated; litigation over infringements on free practice of religion and other First Amendment violations; State and Federal appeals for wrongful conviction; and administrative assistance for professionals in danger of losing their professional license. Bryce Neier also serves as a defense lawyer for people who face DUI/DWI charges and traffic violations.

After receiving Congressional and Presidential nominations to The United States Military Academy at West Point in New York in 1979 and 1980, Bryce Neier instead studied Finance at Stetson University, obtaining his Bachelor of Business Degree in May 1983. Upon graduation from Stetson University, Neier was commissioned in the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant, where he served on active duty in Germany from 1983 until 1988 before being honorably discharged from the Regular Army. Bryce Neier then continued to serve in the Individual Ready Reserves until his honorable discharge from the U.S. Army Reserves in the mid-1990s. Neier pursued his Juris Doctor at the Campbell University School of Law in Buies Creek, North Carolina, graduating in 1992. He practiced law in various capacities for the following decade, using the experience he gained both in litigation and family law to establish The Law Office of Bryce D. Neier in 2004. He has practiced in Fayetteville ever since.
